We may collect the following information when you interact with us:

• Identity & contact details - name, email address, phone number, and preferred communication channel.
• Travel details - destination preferences, travel dates, number of travellers, budget range, meal preferences, and special requests.
• Booking & document details - passport information, date of birth, nationality, and supporting documents required for bookings or visa assistance (only when needed to deliver the service).
• Payment-related details - payment confirmation, invoice references, and transaction status. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
• Technical & usage data - IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar analytics data used to improve the website.
• Newsletter & enquiry data - information submitted through enquiry forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, or newsletter signup.

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and prepare tailored holiday quotes
• Process bookings, amendments, and travel arrangements
• Provide visa assistance and related document guidance
• Communicate itinerary updates, confirmations, and support
• Send service messages and, where permitted, relevant travel offers or newsletter updates
• Improve our website, services, and customer experience
• Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations

We process personal data where it is necessary to perform a contract with you (or take steps at your request before a booking), where we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving our travel business, where you have given consent (for example, for certain marketing messages), or where we must comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share relevant details only with trusted partners required to deliver your trip, such as:

• Hotels, resorts, airlines, and transfer providers
• Tour operators and experience partners
• Visa processing agents or embassies/consulates where required
• Payment processors and banking partners
• IT, analytics, and communication service providers

These parties receive only the information needed to perform their role and are expected to handle it securely and confidentially.

Because travel arrangements often involve overseas suppliers, your information may be transferred outside Sri Lanka. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are limited to what is necessary and handled with appropriate care.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve queries, meet legal or accounting requirements, and protect our legitimate business interests. Enquiry records that do not convert into bookings are typically retained for a shorter period unless you ask us to keep them for future planning.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where appropriate. To make a request, email contact@traveltouch.lk.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand site performance, and improve marketing. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While no online system can be guaranteed fully secure, we work to keep your data safe and limit access to team members who need it.

Our services are intended for adults arranging travel. Where a booking includes minors, we collect only the details needed to arrange the trip, provided by a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how Travel Touch handles your data, contact us at contact@traveltouch.lk or call +94 112 575 237.
